February 08 20132013-02-08A procession under an orange tent canopy. A shirtless young man in a white dhoti carries a small wooden tray with an oil lamp toward a bald elderly man with a white vertical tilak, wearing an orange shawl over a brown-saffron robe and holding a long wooden staff. Around them, men in white dhotis and shawls, some with rudraksha malas, press their palms together; one wears a yellow-orange shawl. A cameraman films from the right, and printed banners hang on the tent walls. Several people are visible, and the scene appears to be a ceremonial walk. The elderly man is an appearance-based candidate for a person, with orange and saffron clothing and a staff, but the cues are not distinctive enough to confirm him.2013-02-08February 08 20132013-02-08February 08 20132013-02-08February 08 20132013-02-08A procession of saffron-robed sannyasis walks through a covered arcade with a video camera operator and cameraman at left. A tall young man in an orange dhoti and gold chain leads, followed by an elderly, bare-chested sannyasi with a rudraksha mala, gold pendant and vibhuti on the forehead, and a shaved-headed monk with gold ornaments. Men in white dhotis and shirts accompany them, one holding the hand of a white-clad companion. Tridents and a staff are visible; a lattice screen and yellow walls frame the scene.2012-05-18February 14 20132013-02-14January 12 20152015-01-12Under a large orange-and-white striped tent, a procession of saffron-clad sadhus and white-robed attendants walks along a mat. A man in white dhoti with gold-banded borders and a silver staff on the left leads the way. In the centre, a man in a rust-orange robe, rudraksha mala and ornate gold necklace, with a pink-red turban, walks beneath a yellow fringed parasol held by an attendant. On the right, a bald man in rust robes and gold-bordered shawl with a gold necklace holds a mobile phone. Several people wear white dhotis with gold borders and garlands, and a woman in pale pink stands at the edge. The centre figure's appearance is consistent with the a person cues of ornate gold necklace, rudraksha mala and turban, but the identity is uncertain.2016-04-21A photograph in a temple corridor with yellow walls and colourful painted panels. A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red-and-white headband, rudraksha mala beads and white ash marks on his face and arms, wearing an orange cloth, walks at centre and looks toward his left; a bare-chested older man beside him wears a gold ornamental necklace, rudraksha beads and a red headband. Several men in orange cloths and white dhotis, some bare-chested, surround them, and a man in the background raises a camera. Swamiji (probable) appears in the centre with his cues of long hair, rudraksha malas and orange robes, as a visiting sannyasi in a procession-like walk.2012-05-29 +1 copiesFebruary 08 20132013-02-08September 15 20152015-09-15 +1 copies
