Outdoor ritual on a street during a procession. A green-and-teal covered cart or float is decorated with a striped arch of red, white, green and yellow garlands, with a deity murti and flowers on a white-draped altar. A young man in white dhoti and orange-trimmed shawl sits cross-legged on the float, while another man in white with a sacred thread and white shawl serves from a steel vessel. A woman in a purple and blue floral sari with bangles offers something from a brass plate of fruit and flowers. Several boys and an elderly man watch from the roadside.

Outdoor street scene during a procession. A young man in white clothes with an orange shawl sits on a teal-covered cart or platform decorated with red, pink, yellow and green garlands, pressing his fingers to the forehead of a middle-aged man in a grey-and-white shirt and blue towel. Brass bowls with bananas and fruit sit on a teal cloth beside a brass lamp, and a steel pot stands behind. A woman in a green sari with a red bindi and a boy in a checked shirt watch nearby, with more people at the edge of the frame. Sunlight glows through the scene. The setting appears to be a village road with a small house behind.

A seated man in an orange-saffron cloth, with a pink and orange head-wrap and bare upper body, holds a red tray of packets while a standing man in a white shirt and white dhoti looks on.
