July 11 20102010-07-11A young boy in a white kurta with a white cord around his neck stands with eyes closed as a bearded man in orange-trimmed robes and a rudraksha mala presses his palm to the boy's forehead, a blessing or diksha gesture. The man wears a white and red flower garland. A tall brass oil lamp with glowing flames stands at left, and people in white are blurred in the background of a warmly lit hall.2017-02-19July 11 20102010-07-11May 04 20172017-05-04July 30 20062006-07-30February 19 20172017-02-19December 02 20112011-12-02A close photograph of a young man with short dark hair seated with his eyes closed and head tilted slightly, while a hand wearing red and gold beaded bracelets rests on his forehead in a blessing gesture. Another person's hand is raised on the right and a partly visible person with a white card or cloth stands at the left edge. The man wears a light green striped collared shirt. The plain light grey background suggests a satsang or darshan setting. No candidate for the named teacher is visible in the scene.2012-01-08A photograph of a seated figure in an orange sleeveless garment with long, swept-back dark hair touching the forehead of a young man in white kurta and white shawl who has closed eyes and a rudraksha mala with a small pendant. The seated figure's raised right hand presses something to the young man's forehead. Behind them, a woman in a white sari with a rudraksha mala and other people in white stand in a room with a navy curtain and a brass hanging lamp at right. The seated figure has long swept-back hair, an orange garment and a rudraksha-like cue, so this appearance is consistent with a person performing a forehead blessing, though it is an appearance-based label.2006-12-10A young boy in a white shirt with a small pendant necklace stands with palms pressed together and eyes closed, receiving a blessing. A man seen from behind, with long dark hair and a red-and-yellow garland, places his hand on the boy's forehead. Another boy in white stands behind with hands folded, and a golden ceremonial staff is visible at left. The setting appears to be a temple hall with maroon drapes. The blessing gesture suggests a darshan-style ritual.2017-02-19May 02 20172017-05-02A photograph of a seated young man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala, eyes closed, receiving a touch on the forehead from a standing figure in an orange robe with a white flower garland and long swept-back dark hair. The robed figure's hand is raised to the young man's brow while the other hand supports the back of his head, in an open-sided pavilion with woven panels and trees beyond. Background shows a few blurred onlookers. The robed figure matches the appearance cues of Swamiji (probable), with long hair, saffron robe and garland, performing an energy darshan touch.2006-12-10
