May 22 20062006-05-22Outdoor photo on a hillside path in the Himalayan foothills, with a hazy mountain valley and terraced slopes behind. Several pilgrims in saffron-orange clothing walk along a concrete viewing platform with a white railing. A woman in front wears an orange shawl over a white top and an orange cap, and another woman in orange with a headband carries a purple backpack. A man in white kurta and orange cap and shawl walks at the lower right. Pink hydrangeas grow at the left edge beside a yellow sign with Hindi text.2006-05-22May 22 20062006-05-22May 22 20062006-05-22May 23 20062006-05-23May 22 20062006-05-22May 22 20062006-05-22May 27 20062006-05-27August 06 20112011-08-06A photograph of a group of devotees walking along a concrete path on a hillside above a green valley with terraced fields and scattered village houses. Many people wear orange-red shawls draped over their shoulders; a man in white dhoti and white shirt with a dark backpack leads the way, and a woman in an orange sari stands in the foreground. Several in the group wear sun hats or dark clothing, and rooftops and trees fill the surroundings. Lush green hills rise behind them under an overcast sky.2012-07-30A large group of devotees dressed in orange clothing and orange caps sits on a concrete terrace overlooking steep, terraced green mountains under a pale sky. Many wear orange shawls; some women wear pink and blue saris. A man in orange stands on the right edge of the terrace with long hair, while a man in white kurta sits among the group. A man in orange sits on the far left wall beside a camera on a tripod, and a woman in orange sits nearby. Bags, water bottles and shoes are scattered on the ground, and a green railing runs along the terrace edge. The scene appears to be a yatra gathering in the Himalayan hills, with the standing figure in orange and long hair as the most prominent candidate, though his identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2006-05-22A group photograph in a high mountain valley with green grassy slopes, rocky hills and a snow-capped peak in the background. Thirteen people stand and kneel in a cluster, mostly wearing saffron and orange clothing and orange shawls. A central figure in the front wears an orange turban, orange robes, a rudraksha mala and a white waist cloth, raising one hand in greeting while holding a staff. Others wear orange sweaters, a red jacket, blue and white jackets, and a bald-headed man in orange kneels at front. A probable Swamiji figure is identified by the orange turban, rudraksha mala and ceremonial robes, appearing in the central front position.2011-08-06
