A decorated shrine with statues rather than living people: a central Shiva lingam draped with red and orange garlands sits before an ornate golden arch, flanked by a seated deity pair in a rich golden and jewelled setting. Standing statues on either side wear orange-brown robes, jewellery and white and yellow flower garlands; the right-hand figure has a long beard and a saffron turban. Two smaller figures and a pink-draped image stand at the base, with brass bowls and flower petals on a marble platform. A red curtain forms the backdrop.2020-03-13May 27 20202020-05-27 +1 copiesMarch 26 20202020-03-26Photo 11728667 +2 copiesPhoto 11728713 +1 copiesMarch 26 20202020-03-26Golden murti sculptures in a richly decorated shrine, framed by ornate gilded arches inlaid with mirror-work and colourful patterns. Above a shivalinga with yellow and red marigold garlands sits a golden kalasha-like backdrop. On the left stands a golden-complexioned figure in a blue turban and green dhoti with a white garland, and on the right a figure in a dark maroon-red robe with a white garland and rudraksha-style beads, hands raised in blessing. Oil lamps stand on both sides, and small ornate silver-and-gold stands hold offerings.2017-01-15Photograph of a richly decorated temple shrine with a central deity murti seated on a golden throne before a golden arched backdrop.
