Gold lion-head armrests and red upholstered seating frame the scene, with a silver ceremonial staff visible above. Behind them a woman in a white sari with a red-bordered shawl and a beaded necklace looks on. The figure in red and saffron has distinctive turban, robe and mala cues, so this is a probable Swamiji appearance seated on a throne in an in-person blessing.2015-06-21 +1 copiesAugust 09 20152015-08-09Photograph inside a richly decorated room with a large gilded ornate throne backrest and red-and-white patterned wall hangings. A seated figure in a red-maroon turban and maroon-orange robe with an orange-gold border and a beaded necklace accepts an orange cloth from a kneeling man in a white-and-pink striped shirt with an orange shawl. A standing attendant in white dhoti with gold border, saffron sash and gold necklace watches behind. A gold Ganesha-like figure, a trident and a green-and-gold mat are visible. Three people are visible.2015-09-11October 16 20102010-10-16 +1 copiesA photograph of a devotee presenting an offering to a seated figure on a golden-armed throne in a plain room with a white corrugated wall and an orange-striped wall. The seated person wears an orange-red turban, an orange garment and a long gold-beaded garland, and extends both hands toward the offering. The devotee stands on the right in a white dhoti with a red border and a yellow shawl, wearing a gold beaded necklace and holding a tray with a yellow cloth-wrapped item. A red plastic chair and a flight case sit in the background, with a partial figure visible at the lower left edge. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has a turban and saffron-orange clothing, a distinctive appearance cue, so identity is uncertain only for the seated person's role as sannyasi receiving the offering.2015-09-17December 23 20152015-12-23A photograph at night under a dark open-air pavilion with a hanging lamp at upper left. A smiling man seated on an orange throne-like chair wears a red-orange turban with a small white ornament, a long pale beaded necklace, and an orange-and-gold dhoti-style garment; he is bare-chested and holds a pink cloth on his lap while a woman in a white t-shirt and dark trousers reaches toward him, appearing to offer something. To the right, a standing man with a shaved head wears a red shawl with gold border and a dark rudraksha-style mala. At left, a shaved-headed attendant in red-orange and gold garments holds a plate of food. Other seated attendants in orange and red sit in matching chairs behind.2015-07-07A seated figure in a red-orange turban and bare-shouldered orange and gold garment wears a long white floral garland and a gold-beaded necklace, and rests his right hand on the forehead of a young man in a white shirt with palms pressed together in namaste. The seated figure sits before an ornate gold throne-like chair. Behind, a man in saffron robes with a gold-tipped staff and a second robed man stand, and several standing devotees in white and orange clothing watch, including a woman in a white sari with a brown shawl and a man in a white shirt. A seated robed attendant with rudraksha beads and an armband sits near the young man. Blessing, darshan, dignitary-style seating and a devotee receiving a blessing.
