February 15 20092009-02-15August 17 20092009-08-17A dense crowd of devotees surrounds a figure in an orange saffron garment with a red border, wearing a long garland of white flowers, pink blooms and yellow fruit-like beads, with a flower tucked in the hair. Many people wear white ritual clothes and rudraksha malas; some men wear yellow shawls and others carry tall wooden staffs with white flags and red-tasselled decorations overhead. A woman in a white sari and a man in a white shirt press forward, and devotees raise hands, creating a procession atmosphere typical of a yatra.2009-01-21January 03 20122012-01-03February 06 20072007-02-06Crowded outdoor gathering under a canopy of tarpaulin and trees. In the foreground, a person with long dark hair wears a saffron-orange garment and a white jasmine and pink flower garland, seated on a patterned mat. Around them, devotees in white dhotis and white kurtas, women in white saris with orange borders, and a woman in a purple shawl bend forward. A woman in white sari arranges pink flower petals and garlands on a white cloth. Onlookers in the background include a uniformed police officer and a man in a checked shirt. The scene suggests a welcoming or blessing ceremony with flower offerings.2006-09-23Outdoor gathering of a large crowd in white and bright clothes around a raised platform covered with green cloth and scattered flower petals. A man seated on a white-draped seat wears an orange garment and a red-pink flower garland, with long swept-back hair and a red mark on his forehead; the appearance cues of distinctive hair, saffron clothing and garland are present, so this is a probable Swamiji. Men in white dhotis and shirts kneel before him with flowers and a plate of petals, a man in white bends forward to touch his feet, and a woman in a red and orange sari stands nearby. Palm trees and a thatched hut appear in the background, with speakers on poles at the edge.2006-11-13Outdoor photograph of a crowd gathered along a palm-lined path, with devotees in white shirts and white dhotis pressing palms together in greeting. A man in a light blue shirt and dark trousers stands at the centre holding a garland of orange and yellow flowers, while a woman in a red and cream sari beside him carries a brass pot decorated with flowers. A young girl with flowers in her hair stands nearby. Several people wear saffron or yellow shawls, and a man in a white kurta with an orange shawl holds a video camera at right. Purple and orange banners and flags line the background among palm trees.2009-11-25June 26 20142014-06-26February 24 20072007-02-24August 11 20092009-08-11December 31 20092009-12-31
