A large group of men in white dhotis and white shirts dances or walks in a crowded indoor hall under a white tent ceiling. Many wear rudraksha-style beaded necklaces, and some have arms raised in a joyful gesture. Tall vertical decorative banners in red, orange, yellow and black patterns hang from the ceiling, with a cream wall and small lighting fixtures behind them. The scene suggests a group dance or devotional movement during a healing programme gathering.2006-10-08A dimly lit indoor hall with a white tent-like fabric ceiling and tall cylindrical pillars wrapped in colourful patterned cloth with elephant motifs. Around two dozen men in plain white kurta-style clothes move about the floor, several with arms raised, some with yellow lanyards around their necks. A small black speaker hangs from the ceiling, and lattice screens line the far side. No clearly identifiable a person figure is visible, so the individuals are described by role as participants in white.2009-06-15October 08 20062006-10-08October 08 20062006-10-08Night photograph of devotees in white kurtas and dhotis dancing outdoors with arms raised in celebration.
