A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved, lion-footed base, wearing a rudraksha mala and a forehead mark, holding a folded red-orange cloth. A man in white dhoti and white vest kneels at the footstool, bowing his head to touch the feet of the seated figure, in a ceremonial padapuja-style gesture. A second man in orange, seated at the right, holds a red book. Behind them hang gold and orange drapes, and a gilded deity figure with raised arms stands at the left edge. Petals lie on the green floor cloth. The seated figure has distinctive saffron robes, a rudraksha mala and an ornate throne, but the appearance cues are not conclusive enough for a confident identification.

A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold throne with a carved gold backrest and a lion-carved armrest, wearing a gold crown, a long pink-and-white flower garland, gold necklaces and a rudraksha-style mala over dark maroon robes, with a leopard-print cushion beside him. Two young men in orange dhotis with white sacred ash on their chests and arms stand on either side; the one at left holds a lit oil lamp toward the seated man's hands, and the one at right holds a small flame. A gold trident stands at left beside a kalasha-like decorated offering with a tiger-striped cloth, and a red curtain hangs behind. The scene suggests an abhishekam-style lamp offering.
