A large group of people sits on mats in a hall with red curtains, performing seated yoga breathing exercises with their arms raised and fingers near their ears. Most wear white or light clothing; a man in a green t-shirt with a rudraksha-style bead necklace sits at left, and a boy in a red shirt sits in the centre. In the background, a white-clad figure sits near a glass-enclosed golden shrine with ornate decorations, and a video camera on a tripod stands at right.

A photograph of a large hall where many people sit on mattresses on the floor, most with heads bowed and hands pressed together in prayer or meditation. Men in white kurta-style clothes, saffron and orange robes, and a person in a yellow shawl are visible, along with children in colourful shirts and a woman in the lower right. Red-cushioned chairs are stacked along the left wall beside pink curtains and tall windows, and a black screen hangs from the ceiling. Framed pictures hang on the wall above. The scene suggests a group satsang or puja session. No figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance alone.

A large group of men, boys and a few young people sit on blue-striped floor mats in a hall with cream walls, red curtains and framed religious paintings, performing a yoga seated exercise with both hands raised to their ears and fingers pressed near the head. A bearded man in a green t-shirt and white dhoti, with a mala around his neck, sits at left leading the practice. Nearby, a boy in a white dhoti and yellow-and-gold border wears a rudraksha mala and sits before brass plates of offerings. Several people in white kurtas and dhotis, and boys in yellow, red and striped shirts, follow the posture. A camera on a tripod stands at centre back, and a banner in a red frame is visible on the right wall.

A large hall during an afternoon yoga session at an ashram, with many people seated and kneeling on mats in rows separated by white posts. Most participants wear white, cream, green, pink or red clothing; a few boys wear red, green and striped shirts. Some children are bent forward with heads down on the mat, and a person in an orange robe sits at the lower left edge. Plates and containers sit on the floor among the participants. Framed portraits hang on the cream walls, one showing a figure in orange and red, and a gold-framed picture with a deity-style image is on the back wall. Red curtains frame the windows and a dark projector screen hangs above.

In the foreground several shaved-headed men in white dhotis and white shawls with red borders sit cross-legged, most with both hands covering their eyes in a meditative or prayer posture. Behind them, rows of men in white and casual clothes sit on the floor and on chairs, and an orange cloth hangs in the upper right near a red banner with white text. Brass items and small trays rest on the floor. No identifiable a person figure is visible.

A large seated congregation in an ornate hall performs a breathing or nasal practice, with many participants raising a hand to one nostril. Foreground boys in saffron-orange robes with shaved heads and tilak marks sit closer to the camera. Behind them women in white saris, cream and white outfits, and pink, purple and red saris sit on red mats, several wearing rudraksha beads and orange lanyards. A man in a white shirt sits at right. A gilded decorative backdrop and a framed portrait hang on the upper wall.

Boys and young children sit cross-legged in long rows on a white marble floor in a hall with pink walls and red curtains, performing a puja. Before each child is a brass plate with small oil lamps, kumkum, and offering dishes. A priest in white dhoti stands at the left edge of the frame. Several children wear striped polo shirts, orange and red tees, and blue shirts, with eyes closed in prayer. Bags and plastic containers lie on the floor near them. Many more children and adults sit further back in the room.
