A seated man in saffron-orange robes wears a white flower garland and long, swept-back dark hair, and reaches to receive a small red fruit from a young woman with glasses, a green dupatta and a red-and-blue salwar kameez who kneels before him. An older woman in a cream sari with a red border stands behind them with her hands raised, and a man in an orange shawl and a young man in a yellow cloth stand nearby, with onlookers in white and green at the back. The setting is an interior with white-framed windows and a sculpture at the left edge. Visible cues for the seated man include saffron clothing, long hair and a garland, so the appearance-based label applies, and his role is that of the person receiving an offering.

A photograph of a ceremonial scene inside a temple hall. A seated figure in a red-maroon robe with a long swept-back hair, a green-white garland and rudraksha beads sits on a throne-like seat decorated with colourful flower garlands in yellow, red, orange and white. A man in a white dhoti kneels at the lower right, bowing toward the seated figure, while a woman in white with rudraksha mala and a black-and-gold beaded necklace watches. In the foreground, a shaved-headed figure with rudraksha beads and a bare upper body sits with his back partly toward the camera. Behind them, a row of women in white and saffron saris and devotees stand in the background beside a golden shrine frame and a brass lamp. A microphone with a small emblem is on the left.

Indoor photo of a seated figure in saffron-red robes with a white forehead band, long white and red floral garland and a rudraksha mala, holding bananas and offering them. Opposite, a man in a white-and-blue striped shirt and wristwatch kneels with palms pressed together in respect. Behind them, women in brown and white saris, one holding a toddler, stand near a golden lion-shaped ornament. A woman in orange robes stands at the right by a red carpet, with a golden kalasha-like object and a flower arrangement in the background. The scene suggests a devotee receiving blessing, with fruit offering and a gold-trimmed red carpet.

In front of him a woman in an olive-green top and a man in white ritual dhoti with a rudraksha mala cup their hands in devotion, and a young woman in a plaid shirt also holds her hands together. A large brass bowl with a gold base sits in the foreground, and a golden deity murti stands behind the throne. A photograph inside a yellow-walled room during a devotional reception. A seated figure in orange robes with a white flower and leaf garland and a shaved-head appearance faces a group of devotees, palms pressed together in greeting. A seated man in a white dhoti and orange shawl with a white vibhuti mark on his forehead holds a lit oil lamp while a woman in a red blouse and white sari sits on the floor and tilts a brass plate of flowers. Women in white saris stand behind them, some with folded hands, a shaved-head young man in white holds a trident, and monks in orange and saffron robes with rudraksha malas stand near a doorway. A plate of fruit and a garlanded picture frame are visible at right. Shaved-head appearance and orange robes are not sufficient to identify the seated figure, so the role is described only as a seated guru.
