A red bindi is visible on the forehead, and a rudraksha mala hangs from the hand. Floral arrangements of orange and white gladioli and red flowers flank the chair on small white pedestals, and a microphone stand stands at right. Several seated devotees in white clothes, some with orange scarves, face the stage from the foreground, with heads and shoulders partly visible. He wears a loose orange-saffron shawl draped over his shoulders and chest. A gooseneck microphone curves past him toward the right, and orange flowers appear at the lower right edge. The pale chair dominates the frame, and the man looks off to the left. Several cues fit a Swamiji (probable) appearance: long hair, saffron clothing and a sitting position on a raised seat, so he is described here with that label for search.2008-10-02October 02 20082008-10-02A photograph of a seated man speaking into a microphone on a stand. He wears an orange saffron robe and a long necklace of dark rudraksha beads, with long black hair swept back and a white-painted forehead with a small red mark. He sits cross-legged, barefoot, on a high-backed chair upholstered in black and cream zebra-stripe fabric, with orange cushions at the sides. A pale wall and a wooden panel are behind him.2008-12-25A man with long dark hair and a short beard sits on an ornate silver throne upholstered in leopard print, gesturing with open hands while speaking into a microphone on a stand. He wears an orange-brown draped garment, multiple strands of orange-brown beaded necklaces with white ornaments, and matching orange bead bracelets on both arms, with a white tilak mark on the forehead. A red curtain and a carved silver lion-form armrest appear behind and beside him. The appearance is consistent with a person in an in_person discourse setting, seated and addressing an audience.2017-10-15 +2 copies
