A photograph of a temple ritual in progress. A large black deity murti is dressed with a wide garland of yellow, red, green and pink flowers and a golden crown, with a red and blue cloth draped over its shoulder. A woman in a bright orange robe with long dark hair reaches up to adjust the garland, while a woman in a white sari with gold border stands behind her. Another woman in white sari with gold border stands at left, assisting at the deity. Behind them a dark wall and a white-tiled wall frame the scene.

A devotee in a white dhoti and white shirt bends forward at the left, one hand resting near a small white elephant figure beside a decorated deity murti. The murti wears a silver crown, layered gold and silver necklaces, and a red and purple garment, and is draped with yellow and red marigold garlands and a pink lotus. At right, another devotee in an orange garment and bangles adjusts or offers something at the murti. A red-and-gold ceremonial plinth with a pink-brown cloth sits below. Scene suggests puja or padapuja.

A woman in a white sari with an orange border and orange shawl stands at right, holding a small oil lamp toward a seated deity murti at center. The murti is adorned with garlands of yellow, orange and red flowers and a crown, seated on a white-draped platform with a red cloth base decorated with flower strands. Potted plants and leafy branches surround the altar, and painted columns with elephant motifs frame the scene. Shelves at left and right hold small clay and brass figurines and images for sale or display. The setting is a plain outdoor-style hall with a whitewashed wall and a pale floor.

Two women in colourful saris decorate a deity murti seated on a gold-framed throne with red and white flower garlands. The woman on the left wears a teal blue sari with gold border, and the woman on the right wears an orange and green sari with gold border; both are bending toward the murti, adorning it. A third person in a white sari with gold border stands at the far left with hands joined in namaskar. Foreground shows a gold tray with puja items, a brass oil lamp, and a gold kalasha, with banana leaves and palms around the altar. Behind, other deities are dressed with garlands and a white-clothed altar is visible.

A night-time temple scene at a shrine with grey stone pillars and a purple draped backdrop. Two deity murtis stand on a raised platform, one with a red-and-orange crown and gold ornaments, the other in red-and-gold dress, both draped in garlands of marigold and rose-pink flowers. A man in a saffron-orange robe with a shaved head stands at left, reaching up to place a long flower garland on the figures. Beside him a man in white kurta and dhoti watches, and a woman in a floral pink-and-white sari stands at right with a woman in white and a boy in white shirt. A red curtain hangs at the right edge. Several people in white and pink clothing stand around the platform.

A photograph of a ritual inside a hall with dark red curtains and a tall painted cloth pillar decorated with elephants and flowers. A large decorated deity murti stands at the back, adorned with silver ornaments, a pink cloth and a crown, framed by a garland arch of red, white, yellow and green flowers. A second smaller deity figure stands to the right. A figure with long black hair in a saffron-orange robe, white markings on the arms, bends forward and reaches toward a small pot-like vessel on a golden pedestal. To the right, a man in an orange-gold robe kneels low over a dark carved base, holding a glass-like vessel with an orange flower. Two attendants in orange robes stand at the left, one holding a silver tray with ritual items. Brass lamps and offering plates sit on the floor. The scene appears to be an abhishekam or puja.
