A photograph of a temple-style hall where several men in white dhoti and kurta with orange shawls perform an aarti, holding bells and lit flames while smoke fills the air. The standing man in the foreground, with long hair tied back, smiles and holds a bell and a lamp. Behind them a framed portrait of a figure in orange hangs beside garlands and green leaves, and two young boys in white sit at the right with hands pressed together. A printed sign reads Anandalahari Ashram. The people are seated on mats near a decorated stage.

Three men in white dhotis and white kurtas with orange shawls perform aarti in an indoor hall with a plain grey wall and a hanging colourful fabric panel with bird and floral motifs. The two nearest men hold up silver multi-wick oil lamps with flames, one in each raised hand, while a third man lower right holds a brass handbell. Wall speakers, a ceiling pipe and a fan are visible.

The man on the left holds a brass lamp plate and bell, the centre figure holds a lit oil lamp and a bell, and the man on the right holds a flaming lamp aloft with a bell. Behind them seated attendees in white and an orange-robed person sit near brass ritual items, and colourful flower-patterned cloth hangings with orange borders decorate the walls.

Four men perform an aarti with brass lamps on a covered outdoor stage under a corrugated metal roof strung with hanging yellow-green leaf garlands. The three central men wear saffron-orange dhotis and shawls with rudraksha or flower malas; the man at far left wears white. Each holds a lit brass oil lamp in one hand and a brass bell in the other, raising them toward the front. Devotees are seen at the lower edge, and a framed photo hangs on the white wall behind.

Standing at left, several men in white dhotis and saffron-orange shawls hold up lit oil lamps and small handbells during an aarti. Seated on the floor in front, rows of men in saffron-orange robes and white garments sit beside a brass lamp stand and a row of brass oil lamps on a mat. Behind them a large crowd of devotees, mostly in white, fills the room. Framed photographs and a painted banner hang on the walls, and a few people in white and yellow sit at the lower right edge.

A photograph of a Navaratri worship hall with a corrugated metal roof and white walls. Three standing men in white dhotis and white kurta-style shirts wear orange shawls and ring handheld bells upward, one holding a bell aloft near an orange flag. Behind them a deity murti is decorated with flower garlands and a red cloth, set before a magenta backdrop with ornamented panels, a brass kalasha-style vessel and brass oil lamps. Several seated devotees in white clothing kneel on the floor on the right, and a row of brass lamps sits in the foreground. This appears to be a puja or aarti with bell ringing.

Indoor aarti ceremony in a hall with a corrugated roof and white walls. Three young men stand in front, each raising a brass multi-wick oil lamp with flames overhead. Two wear white dhotis and white shirts with orange shawls; the central man wears an orange robe and shawl. The man on the right holds a brass bell in his other hand, and the man on the left also holds a bell. Seated devotees fill the floor on the right, many with hands folded, including young girls in pink and orange clothing. Brass vessels and a dark wooden stand sit on the floor at left. Framed pictures hang on the wall, and a blue 'Silence please' sign is visible. A pink curtain edges the left side.

Photograph of an evening aarti in a plain whitewashed hall. Three men in white kurtas with orange saffron shawls stand in a row holding brass bell-and-lamp aarti lamps with lit flames in both hands. Some hold small handbells, and a colourful woven hanging with floral motifs is behind them. Several seated people in white with orange cloth are visible at the bottom edge, and loudspeakers are mounted on the wall.

A smoky interior hall with a corrugated metal roof and hanging colourful fabric banners. A young man with long swept-back hair, wearing white robes and an orange shawl, extends his hand toward a brass lamp holder with a lit flame held by a man in white. Another white-clad figure holds a second flame in the background, and seated devotees in white line the lower left. The haze suggests burning incense or a fire ritual.
