Annadhan in 20062006-01-01May 27 20062006-05-27Photograph of a serving line in a commercial-style kitchen with stainless steel counters and pots. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, with a ceremonial bead necklace, stands at the counter serving rice from a steel bucket with a ladle while wearing clear plastic gloves. Beside him, men in white shirts and white dhotis, some with rudraksha malas, help serve food onto plates and steel trays. On the left, a person in glasses and a light shirt receives a plate of rice with a papad. Ratha-style activity is absent; this is a community meal (annadan) setting.2006-12-15 +1 copiesDecember 15 20062006-12-15February 06 20172017-02-06 +3 copiesMay 29 20062006-05-29May 27 20062006-05-27May 29 20062006-05-29December 14 20072007-12-14July 30 20112011-07-30 +1 copiesJuly 30 20112011-07-30 +2 copiesServing line at a community meal in an indoor kitchen-like hall with tiled walls. A smiling man in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban, with long dark hair and a red forehead mark, stands at right holding a ladle over a steel tub of cooked rice and vegetables; a white flower is tucked in his hand. Rudraksha beads hang across his chest. Beside him, men in white shirts and white dhotis wearing plastic gloves and lanyards serve food onto steel plates; a bald older man with glasses in white clothing receives a plate at left. Steel pots and trays of rice and papadam crowd the counter.
