A photograph of a darshan line inside a covered hall with a red carpet running down the middle between metal railings. Beside him, a monk in an orange robe holds a brass tray. Devotees in white dhotis and kurtas and a woman in white stand with palms pressed together along the railings. Colourful painted pillars and a decorated backdrop frame the scene.

A photograph of a devotional line inside a covered open hall with a corrugated metal roof, steel rails and decorated pillars. A man with long swept-back dark hair wears a saffron-orange robe and a dark rudraksha mala, and holds a silver tray of offerings toward a line of people. A shaven-headed monk in saffron stands beside him, and a line of devotees in white and light clothes press their palms together in anjali, watched by a bare-chested man with gold ornaments and a red thread. A bald man in saffron stands at right, with women in saris at the far edge. The mood is ritual reception or darshan in the ashram setting.

Beside them stand two men: one bald with a white tilak and white upper-body cloth, and another bald man in orange robes at the right edge. A small table with papers and a wooden box sits in the foreground, and a gate railing runs along the walkway. Several more people stand in the background.
