A photograph taken at night under a metal-framed roof with fluorescent lights, showing a crowd of onlookers behind a barrier. A man with long, swept-back dark hair wears an orange-saffron shawl over a rust-brown top and a thick white and red flower garland, and smiles while a uniformed security officer in khaki with a dark beret stands beside him. A second man in an orange wrap and white clothing stands to the right. The man with the garland shows distinctive long hair, saffron wrap and garland cues, so this is an appearance-based a person candidate in person, though the identity remains uncertain from appearance alone.
