Photo 82910342022-05-14Close selfie-style photo of a smiling older woman with grey hair pulled back, wearing an olive-green embroidered top with white floral motifs and a rudraksha-style bead necklace. She has a white vibhuti streak and a red kumkum dot on her forehead. Behind her is a home puja setup: a woven basket with brass items, a peacock feather fan, flower garlands in orange and pink, a small brass plate with offerings, and a deity figure partly visible at the left edge.2021-08-05Outdoor covered veranda with concrete floor and red pillars, a leafy tree behind. A shirtless man with white dhoti, rudraksha mala and sandalwood markings sits cross-legged on a woven mat, holding a small bell or lamp and performing a puja. Beside him a woman in green salwar kameez and face mask sits on a mat, holding a lit lamp near brass plates of offerings, a kalasha-style brass vessel, and small oil lamps with flames. A third woman in a dark patterned dress stands nearby with an arm raised, speaking. Brass thalis hold flowers and kumkum, and a conch shell and bottle of water sit on the floor.2021-06-03June 03 20212021-06-03A seated woman with short blonde hair and glasses, wearing a pink tunic with white lobster-print and navy star embroidery at the neckline, lights incense at a small brass puja tray set on a low table with a patterned blue cloth. The tray holds a brass lamp with a lit wick, a brass incense holder with smoke rising, a brass pot, a white tealight, yellow and purple flowers and a green leaf. She sits on a striped beige sofa with a bangle on her wrist, and a white cloth lies at the lower left.2021-07-22Photo 82900652022-05-14 +1 copiesA home living room where a small group sits on the wooden laminate floor for a lamp puja. Several women sit cross-legged on a rug and in front of a blue sofa: one in a white and black plaid shirt holding a small child, one in a teal sleeveless top, one in a dark top, and one in a denim jacket and green polka-dot dress. Lit oil lamps (vilakku) sit on a metal tray and on small stands and a square block in front of them. Behind them, an older woman sits in a dark patterned top and a woman in a navy top sits near a red fan. Framed family photos and a Guadalupe-style religious picture hang on a pale green wall. No a person candidate is visible.2022-05-07 +1 copiesClose-up photo of a homa fire pit built of brown earth, with a bright flame rising from the central opening. A brass bowl of golden ghee or pudding with a wooden ladle sits at the left edge. Yellow marigold flowers and turmeric and kumkum powder decorate the pit rim, and a wooden tray of dried herbs and white flakes sits in the foreground. Behind the pit are pink flowers, a kalasha-like brass vessel and a fresh banana leaf. No people are visible.2022-01-24May 23 20082008-05-23May 23 20082008-05-23Jan 21 2022 sripuram2022-01-21August 04 20162016-08-04
