A seated man in rust-red ochre robes speaks into a black microphone on a stand during a satsang. He wears a leopard-print turban, a long garland of white, yellow, green and red flowers, layered gold necklaces and a gold pendant, and gold armlets. He gestures with one open hand while smiling. The throne is framed by a large arch of tightly strung marigold-style flower garlands in red, yellow, white, green and purple. Golden lion figures flank the seat, and a golden trident leans at the left edge. The seated man wears an ornate gold crown, a saffron-orange wrap, a long pink-and-white flower garland, several gold necklaces and bangles, and holds his hands together in his lap while smiling. A microphone stand stands before him. The surrounding background is deep red with a golden canopy edge visible above. Swamiji (probable): the seated man wears a crown and saffron clothing with gold necklaces and is seated on a throne, which are the qualifying cues here.2016-12-23August 25 20172017-08-25 +3 copiesJuly 02 20172017-07-02 +1 copiesA smiling man in saffron-orange robes sits enthroned at the centre of a floral canopy, wearing a saffron turban with a peacock feather ornament, gold armlets and gold necklaces, and a long white garland draped over his shoulders. He holds a ceremonial sceptre across his lap. Strands of white jasmine and red flowers hang from the canopy, and pink petals fall through the air. Rose and marigold petals are heaped around the throne's base, with green foliage and ornate silver-and-white decorations framing the seat. The setting resembles a festival stage or Krishna Janmashtami celebration. Swamiji (probable): the saffron robes, turban, peacock ornament, gold jewellery and enthroned presentation are the qualifying cues for the role of guru presiding over the celebration.2017-08-14July 02 20172017-07-02 +1 copiesA seated man in an ornate silver throne with carved floral and scrolled backrest, eyes closed and smiling, raising his right hand in blessing while holding a silver staff in his left. He wears a saffron-orange robe, a gold crown-like headpiece with red tilak, layered white and pink flower garlands, a heavy gold chest pendant, and rudraksha bands on his arms.
