A seated figure with a shaved head? No: a figure with long dark hair wearing a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, a gold bangle and a maroon-and-gold draped garment places one raised hand on the forehead of a man in a white kurta with an orange-red shawl. The recipient stands with palms together at his waist while the officiant holds a folded paper in the other hand. Behind them stand women in white and orange clothing and gold-embroidered draperies, with a golden ornamental panel at left. The scene appears to be a blessing or darshan ritual inside a temple setting.2015-10-24May 09 20142014-05-09December 16 20122012-12-16July 08 20172017-07-08A seated man with long dreadlock-style hair wound up on his head, a white tilak on his forehead, a red-and-white flower garland and a rudraksha mala, wearing a rust-orange wrap, places both hands on the head of an older man kneeling before him. The older man, with grey hair and a beard, wears a white shirt and a brown rudraksha mala, his palms pressed together in namaskar. Behind them stands a golden ornate throne and a backdrop of colourful floral garlands, with a woman in a green top and a patterned shawl assisting at right. The gesture suggests blessing or initiation at a satsang setting. The appearance-based candidate is a person seated on the throne, identified by his distinctive hair, rudraksha mala, orange wrap and ornate throne; the kneeling man and assistant are devotees.2018-04-23A photo of a bare-chested man in a red-orange cloth wrapped at the waist with a leopard-print under-cloth, wearing a long white flower garland and rudraksha malas, with white vibhuti on his forehead and a red tilak. He leans forward and places his hands on the shoulders and head of an elderly bespectacled man with white hair who wears a cream-white shirt and kneels before him. Behind them a woman in a white top with an orange shawl and malas stands, and an older woman in a pink sari with a gold-bordered green shawl and glasses watches. Wall-mounted air conditioning unit and a red curtain form the backdrop. Three or four people visible.2014-06-03May 12 20142014-05-12April 22 20142014-04-22October 15 20152015-10-15October 25 20152015-10-25December 16 20132013-12-16May 12 20142014-05-12
