A central figure stands with long dark hair, wearing a white flower garland with green leaves and a red-orange cloth, with a rudraksha-style strand visible. Two bare-chested priests in white dhoti and orange cloth flank him, one holding a ritual item near his face while another in a red shawl touches the garlanded man's hands. A temple interior crowded with devotees and priests. In the centre stands a man with long dark hair wearing a white floral garland and an orange-red cloth. Two bare-chested priests in white dhotis face him, one on each side, one with an orange waist-cloth and a red shoulder cloth; the priest at right holds a garland or offering near him. Around them, men in white shirts and dhotis and women in saris look on. Stone pillars with carved details frame the hall, and a yellow-and-orange signboard with Tamil script hangs above. Light enters from the open side doorways. No identification of the central man is made from appearance; the scene is a ritual reception within a temple.

Crowded interior of a temple hall with dark stone pillars and an ornate gold-carved doorway on the right. A man with long swept-back hair, a pink and white flower garland and a green leaf garland wears saffron clothing and a long beaded necklace, and he holds a plate of offerings with green leaves. Around him, shaved-headed men in saffron robes with rudraksha malas and white-clad priests and devotees press close, and a bare-chested man in a white dhoti stands at right. A kneeling elderly man in white bends toward the plate, and a woman in the lower left is partly visible. Cameras and onlookers appear at the back of the crowd.

In the centre, a figure in a reddish-orange robe wears a large red and green flower garland and a gold necklace, with a rudraksha mala visible on the second figure beside him. Beside him, a bare-chested figure in a red-orange cloth wears a dark rudraksha mala and a gold chain and a headband. Men in white shirts and white dhotis surround them, one smiling broadly on the left. The people are part of a temple visit crowd.

A crowded temple corridor with many devotees pressing together under a high ceiling and grey iron gates. At the centre, a long-haired man in a white shawl and orange-saffron robe wears a large white and red flower garland and a rudraksha mala, and holds a garland in his hands; a person candidate, with distinctive long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha and garland cues. Around him, a bare-chested priest in a yellow dhoti with a sacred thread stands with his back to the camera, men in white shirts and white dhotis, a woman in a pink sari with a white flower in her hair, and an older man in a striped shirt.

A dim, pillared temple corridor with a painted, colourful ceiling during a procession. Several men in saffron-orange robes and white dhotis walk with garlands of white flowers; one central figure in orange holds a raised object near his face. On the left, a man in white dhoti and shawl carries a brass kalasha-like vessel. Behind them, a palanquin or silver-covered structure is carried through the crowd, with devotees in white and orange around it. Some people are bare-chested with sacred threads. The scene looks like a ritual temple procession.
