December 23 20092009-12-23A standing man in an orange-saffron drape, with shoulder-length wavy dark hair and a bare upper torso, holds a small silver ritual bowl or lamp in one hand and gestures with the other near a flame. Beside him, a fire or lamp burns on a metal stand, and seated figures in orange and white clothing sit on the floor behind a wooden railing. Behind them are a blank white easel board and a dimly lit stage with framed decorations. The scene suggests a ritual or fire ceremony in an indoor hall at night.2006-08-22Outdoor ritual photo under trees in a sandy clearing. A shirtless young man with long dark hair and a red-orange tilak on his forehead holds a silver oil lamp with a bright flame in one hand and a silver ritual bell (ghanta) in the other, with a red cloth or flower stem between his fingers. He wears an orange dhoti, a rudraksha mala and a large beaded necklace. In the foreground, a man with his back to the camera, wearing a red dhoti and a rudraksha mala, gestures toward the lamp. Green leaves and a tree trunk are behind them, with colourful threads tied to a tree on the right.2016-10-31Outdoor photo of a ritual on open grassland with scrubby trees behind. A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a white tilak on his forehead, wearing a saffron-orange robe and a rudraksha mala, holds up a silver aarti lamp with a burning flame in his right hand while ringing a small silver handbell in his left. Several women in white and cream saris, some with yellow shawls, stand behind him; one holds a basket of offerings and another carries a blue bag. The appearance-based cues for Swamiji (probable) are present in the lead figure's long hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala, performing the aarti at the Tiruvannamalai land during the Bhoomi Puja.2008-04-01April 01 20082008-04-01A photograph of a homa fire ritual outdoors beside a large tree. A figure with long swept-back dark hair and a forehead tilak wears an orange saffron robe and sits on a low wooden stool before a square fire pit built from white-painted bricks. Tall orange flames rise from the pit, which is decorated with marigold petals. Brass bowls, a small brass lamp, a pink flower and a silver tray with offerings sit near the pit, and a microphone stands in front of the figure. Swamiji (probable): the figure has long swept-back hair, a tilak and orange saffron robe, cues consistent with the page's claim of Swamiji conducting the Sri Vidhya homa.2006-09-21July 07 20092009-07-07July 07 20092009-07-07October 31 20162016-10-31September 06 20172017-09-06 +1 copiesOctober 31 20162016-10-31October 06 20132013-10-06
