A photograph of a dirt construction site under a cloudy sky. Two large trucks with tarpaulin-covered cargo beds, one red and white, drive across unpaved ground, and a red Massey Ferguson-style tractor with a canopy sits at right. Behind them stands a partly built multi-storey concrete frame with exposed steel reinforcement rods rising from the columns, and a pile of rebar lies beside the trees. A small figure stands on the upper level of the frame. Low white and red buildings and green trees line the background. No people are clearly visible besides a worker on the structure and tractor and truck drivers.
