February 27 20132013-02-27A photograph of a padapuja ritual at an ornate golden throne. A man seated on the gilded throne wears a red-orange robe, a gold necklace and a white and pink flower garland, with bare feet resting in a large brass vessel with an orange cloth. A man in white clothes with a red shawl stands bowing with palms joined in front of the throne. A woman in a dark garment watches beside the vessel. Behind the throne are red drapes, a golden kalasha-style lamp stand, a golden lion and tiger-skin seat covering. Ceremonial gold decorations surround the scene.2016-05-24A photograph of a ceremonial stage scene. A seated man in a rust-red turban, rust-red robe and layered gold necklaces sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion, smiling, hands folded. A standing man in an orange kurta and orange dhoti leans forward and touches the seated man's shoulder, while a bald attendant in a dark red cloth kneels at left. Behind them are two deity murti with gold crowns and ornaments, a tall ceremonial trident (trishul) at right, and a painted backdrop of a sunset, palm tree and temple tower. The seated man appears to be a candidate for a person, based on the rust-red turban and robe, layered gold necklaces and ornate throne, with the cues comparing as a compatible presentation; uncertain appearance recorded in the a person field.2015-10-22 +1 copiesJuly 17 20152015-07-17November 24 20152015-11-24December 28 20142014-12-28A seated man in a rust-red saffron-toned robe with a brown rudraksha-style mala draped over his shoulders sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a golden back panel and a gold staff beside him. He has a red bindi and a smile, and his bare feet rest on the red cushion. In front of him, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with gold border kneels with palms joined in namaskara. Behind the throne, two women in rust-red and white saris wear beaded necklaces and stand on a red carpet, one holding a microphone, with green foliage behind. The scene resembles a formal darshan or padapuja setting. Appearance-based cues on the seated man (saffron robe, rudraksha mala, ceremonial throne) are present, but the image is not clear enough to confirm identity, so the seated man is described by role.2016-05-11November 24 20152015-11-24May 01 20142014-05-01A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions, wearing a rudraksha mala and a white tilak on his forehead. He smiles while holding a white cloth and gesturing toward a tiered terracotta kalasha with white painted patterns, held by a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl and bangles. Behind him stands a smiling woman in a white sari with rudraksha beads and a tilak, and a silver trident stands among green potted plants against a yellow draped backdrop with fruit at the lower left.2015-02-15February 14 20172017-02-14July 12 20162016-07-12
