Two painted deity figures stand in the arch: the one on the left wears a red crown and hands raised, the one on the right wears a red sari with silver necklaces. Multi-coloured marigold and garland festoons of yellow, white, purple and maroon frame them. In front, a seated red-clad murti wears a long garland and rudraksha-style beads, with brass oil lamps (deepas) on both sides, a kalasha-style vessel, flower offerings, and a white-covered table with books and a sacred vessel. The scene suggests a puja decoration for a festival.2010-12-22A photograph of a shrine housing a gilded murti of Shiva and Parvati seated together on a golden throne-like seat, with the deity figures wearing green and pink skirts and garlanded with marigold and multicolored flower strings. Tall brass oil lamps stand on either side, and a priest in an orange robe kneels at the front making an offering. Trays of fruit, sweets and small bowls sit on the platform below. Stone pillars carved with figures frame the shrine, with orange cloth drapes and a red-railed enclosure behind, and a small white shrine figure appears in the lower right.2010-09-22September 03 20092009-09-03October 11 20102010-10-11April 06 20122012-04-06 +2 copiesJuly 30 20122012-07-30A photograph of a temple shrine with a golden arch backdrop and carved stone pillars.
