A photograph of a darshan moment in an indoor hall. A man in a yellow turban and yellow saffron-coloured shawl, with layered beaded necklaces, red and gold bangles on his arms, and a red tilak on his forehead, rests his right hand on the head of a bare-chested devotee who bows with his palms pressed together. The devotee wears a rudraksha mala and an orange cloth draped over his shoulder. Several men in white shirts and dhotis stand behind them, and a projection screen glows in the background.

Indoor hall with red curtains and a ceiling of fluorescent lights. In the centre, a man in a saffron-orange turban, a gold-trimmed brown-and-gold garment, multiple rudraksha malas and gold bangles hands a small object to a young girl in a maroon dress with rudraksha beads. Nearby, a young boy in an orange robe, a bald-headed man in an orange robe with rudraksha malas, and an older man in a white dhoti with a shawl stand by. At left, two men in white kurta with folded hands look on. A chain-link barrier and rows of seated devotees in the background. The turbaned central figure has distinctive saffron turban, malas and gold ornaments, so the appearance-based label is a person, shown in person as the one presenting the object to the girl.

A photograph inside a bright hall with pale pink walls and a framed portrait of a saint on the left. A man in a white short-sleeved shirt stands at left, facing right, holding a small object in his hands. On the right, a man wearing a yellow turban and a yellow shawl draped over his shoulder, with long dark hair, a rudraksha mala and gold beaded necklaces, speaks while gesturing with one hand. Other men in white shirts and saffron cloth stand around them, several bald or shaved-headed, some wearing glasses. The setting suggests a devotional gathering or satsang.

A man in a rust-brown turban with a jewelled ornament and a red bindi stands in a hall, dressed in a brown-gold shawl, a multi-strand rudraksha-style mala, and gold bangles. He rests his hand on the head of a seated man in a white shirt and holds a folded paper in his other hand. Behind them, a man in white shirt and a young boy in yellow shirt watch, a woman in a red blouse holds a baby, and a person with a white dhoti and tilak stands at right beside a golden shrine decoration. Ceiling lights and red drapes frame the room. This appears to be a blessing or initiation moment with a personal touch on the head.
