June 05 20112011-06-05A photograph of a long-haired figure sitting cross-legged outdoors on a wooden seat with a yellow cushion, eyes closed, in meditation. The person wears a saffron-orange garment draped over one shoulder and a long rudraksha mala of dark brown beads, with a red tilak on the forehead. A brass vessel with a spout sits in front on the paved ground, beside a small pink flower and a folded cloth. Behind are orange-walled buildings, green shrubs and a row of grey stone figures. The composition suggests a pada-puja or satsang-style sitting, with no clear printed text in view. A faint logo appears in the top left corner.2011-06-05June 05 20112011-06-05November 12 20102010-11-12 +1 copiesSeptember 14 20102010-09-14A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on an orange cushion placed on a wooden platform over a woven mat with a blue edge. He has long, swept-back dark hair, a red bindi on his forehead, and wears a long gold bead necklace and a gold bangle. A small brass vessel with a spout sits beside him on the mat. Behind him are stacked grey bricks, an orange stone pillar and a red post, with potted plants at right. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron robes and ceremonial gold necklace suggest Swamiji, in person, seated in meditation.2010-12-28February 20 20112011-02-20 +1 copiesSeptember 14 20102010-09-14September 14 20102010-09-14A man sits cross-legged in meditation on a white mat outdoors, eyes closed and hands resting on his knees. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment wrapped over one shoulder and a long strand of dark rudraksha beads, with a red bindi on his forehead and long dark hair swept back. Behind him stands an orange-red temple structure with a hanging garland of red and yellow flowers. A brass kalasha vessel sits at the lower left on the mat, and scattered petals and ash lie on the ground. This appears to be an appearance-based probable Swamiji (saffron clothing, rudraksha mala, long swept-back hair) in meditation posture, though the image is a single person sitting in a seated practice setting.2010-09-14October 09 20102010-10-09November 12 20102010-11-12
