October 29 20062006-10-29October 09 20062006-10-09Night photograph of a vehicle procession on a wet street, headlights glowing and reflecting on the road. A figure in a white turban and white clothing with long hair and a beaded necklace sits in the open top of a vehicle, smiling. A second person in white with a white head covering is partly visible behind him. Street lights and dark buildings line the scene; the image is blurred and grainy.2006-10-29October 28 20062006-10-28A photograph of a temple shrine at night. A man in a white kurta and white dhoti stands at left, holding a flaming lamp (aarti) toward the shrine. Behind him, a gold-framed arch surrounds a red-draped niche holding a deity murti with a red crown and jewelled garlands, beside a second figure in red and gold adornment. In front, a framed photograph of a seated man in saffron robes with a rudraksha mala is garlanded with marigolds, with oil lamps burning on the altar ledge. The scene reads as a puja with aarti being offered before the shrine.2010-06-06October 29 20062006-10-29December 26 20142014-12-26October 29 20062006-10-29October 10 20062006-10-10March 25 20132013-03-25A framed portrait labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA" sits on an ornate gilded throne-like frame with carved golden scrollwork. The printed portrait shows a smiling man in an orange turban and orange shawl with a red forehead mark. Several small oil lamps glow in a row on the left against a dark background, and a single hanging brass lamp is visible below the frame. No physical people are present in the scene. The portrait is a printed depiction, and the appearance cues (orange turban, orange shawl, red forehead mark) are present, so this is a probable depiction of Swamiji.2014-07-28September 23 20062006-09-23
