May 18 20152015-05-18A photograph of a group standing waist-deep in a muddy river with a moored barge and large black buoys behind them. A man in the centre-right wears a black long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and a red-orange beaded necklace, with both arms spread wide as if speaking to the group. Beside him a man in a white vest presses his palms together at his forehead, and another man bare-chested with a dark cord necklace also has his hands folded. A woman in a black swimsuit stands near the middle, and a man with a black swimsuit at the far left is partly submerged. A grey-haired man in glasses and a black shirt stands at the far right with his arms crossed. Sunlight glints on the brownish water.2015-05-18May 18 20152015-05-18Five men are bathing and playing in the shallow brown river water near a riverbank, with a wooden boat with a purple cover and two rowers at upper left and a large grey vessel at upper right. A man in a white sleeveless vest and a beaded necklace stands at centre raising his fists and smiling, while a bare-chested man at left with a grey-smeared torso and a cord necklace claps his hands together. Others are partly submerged in the water, one in a dark top and one bare-chested with long hair. The setting is a riverside bathing scene during daylight, with a taut rope stretched across the water.2015-05-18June 04 20162016-06-04June 04 20162016-06-04A large group of devotees stands waist-deep in a churning river, all dressed in black wet clothing. In the centre, a man with a shaved head and a thin white forehead mark wears a dark wet shirt and a rudraksha-style necklace, and is being splashed or doused with water by another man bending over him. Around them, several people wade and shower in the muddy water, a woman with long blonde hair and others in black t-shirts stand on stone steps behind them, and a man in a white shirt stands at left with his hands at his head. Water splashes up in the foreground.2014-07-27July 27 20142014-07-27June 04 20162016-06-04February 05 20132013-02-05June 04 20162016-06-04June 04 20162016-06-04
