January 01 20082008-01-01January 01 20082008-01-01A large outdoor gathering of seated devotees at a conference venue, many with hands pressed together in anjali or folded in prayer. In the foreground a woman in a magenta sari with gold border sits beside a woman in a pink sari and black blouse, and a young girl in a red dress with a hair clip joins her palms. Behind them, men in white shirts and dhotis and women in orange, teal and white saris sit on white plastic chairs. Red and white bunting drapes the back stage, and tall pillars wrapped in colourful patterned cloth with floral motifs frame the scene. No central figure is clearly identifiable from the image.2005-12-09January 01 20082008-01-01November 12 20082008-11-12January 01 20042004-01-01November 24 20082008-11-24November 24 20082008-11-24January 01 20082008-01-01A large outdoor event under a pink draped tent with a striped canopy and framed portraits hanging from poles. Rows of seated attendees fill the hall: students in navy blue uniforms with white collars and blue jackets, and many men in white kurta-style clothes. Near the front, a bearded man wearing orange saffron robes and beads sits in a red-backed chair beside another orange-robed monk. Men in white shirts and yellow scarves sit among the crowd, and a man in white with a mala and glasses sits at the right edge. Several hundred people are visible, forming a dense audience.2009-10-15January 01 20082008-01-01January 03 20162016-01-03 +1 copies
