A photograph inside a covered hall decorated with mango leaf festoons and umbrellas, showing a ritual aarti. A man in an orange dhoti and red top, wearing a white flower garland and a gold headband, holds a lit lamp toward a deity murti in front. A man in a saffron robe stands nearby, and a line of drummers in white dhotis plays drums to the right beside a painted bull with a red and white decorated arch. Two men in white stand near the lamp-bearer, and a tall gold staff is at the left edge. The murti is adorned with garlands and sits on a red-draped platform. A red and gold throne-like chair sits in the foreground. Scattered white and yellow flowers are visible at the bottom right. The man in the orange dhoti and red top, wearing a white garland and a gold headband, is the central figure; the man in the saffron robe and the lamp-bearer are in the scene but their identities are not established.

A photograph inside a whitewashed shrine hall with a corrugated metal roof strung with green mango leaves. A standing man in an orange saffron robe wears a white flower garland, a gold necklace, and a headband, with long dark hair swept back; a red-and-gold silk cloth lies on a seat in front of him. Behind him, several deity murtis sit on draped platforms under small decorative umbrellas, and a white painted bull statue stands at right beside a framed picture. Attendants in white dhotis and orange shawls move around him, one holding a camera-like object. Swamiji (probable) is the standing man in orange, based on the saffron robe, flower garland, gold necklace, and swept-back long hair.

A photograph of a temple-hall ritual during Brahmotsav. A bearded man in orange robes and an orange shawl stands at left beside a man in white dhoti and orange sash. A woman in an orange-red top and orange wrap with a gold headband stands center with bangles. Behind them, drummers in white and a figure in a green garment play instruments near a deity murti under a red-and-gold arch with a bull (Nandi) figure. Rows of brass pots decorated with mango leaves and white flowers sit on a white-draped table at right, and a flower-filled plate rests on a mat in front. Colourful canopy umbrellas hang from the ceiling and strings of green leaves decorate the walls.

A festive procession inside a hall decorated with marigold garlands and framed photographs. A man in a brown-red cloth with a flower garland and a dark turban leads, while a bare-chested man with long hair holds a tall ornate parasol. Women in blue and orange saris and orange shawls follow, some holding a silver drum. Behind, a man in white dhoti holds a staff, and a dark Shiva lingam decorated with white and gold garlands sits at the lower right. Colorful umbrellas with fringes and a camera lens are visible in the foreground.

Photo inside a hall decorated with marigold garlands and hanging ornamental banners, showing a crowded ritual procession around a dark stone Shiva linga draped with flower garlands and a sacred cloth. A large multicoloured parasol with fringed edges is held over the group. Many devotees in saffron and orange robes and sannyasi-style dress surround the linga; a bare-chested man with long dreadlocked hair and a rudraksha-style necklace stands near the centre, and a man in white ritual dhoti with a shaved head and a silver-ornamented staff stands at right, with several people holding their hands in anjali. A cameraman and a large camera lens are visible in the foreground. Priests in white dhotis and women in orange saris are among those present.

A photograph inside a covered pavilion with white walls and a corrugated roof. On the right, a large white bull statue (Nandi) draped in red, green and gold silk and garlanded with yellow and white flowers stands on a gold cloth. Behind it, colourful fringed umbrellas and decorated murti stands are visible. In the centre, a man with long swept-back hair in an orange turban, orange robe and rudraksha mala stands with hands folded, appearing to be a sannyasi in saffron. Beside him, a bearded man in orange robes and a bare-chested man in pale orange cloth with a white thread stand on a mat, with several men in orange robes with ceremonial beads around them to the left. The orange-clad figure's appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a person, but the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.
