A photograph of a table draped with a white cloth, lined with rows of white plastic bottles with white screw caps and small red-and-white labels, filled with white granules. Behind them, a man in a white short-sleeved shirt and dark trousers sits on a red plastic chair against a grey wall, with a window frame at the left edge. A clear plastic container with a pink lid holds small items at the upper left. The setting appears to be a medical camp table, with the man seated at the back of the table and the bottles in the foreground.

Most covers show a smiling man in a cream-coloured turban and dark clothing against red, orange and green backgrounds, while others show a woman with long dark hair and a gold ornament. Titles in orange and white lettering are visible on several covers. No people are physically present in the scene; the figures appear only as printed cover art.
