A man with long, swept-back black hair leans his cheek against the trunk of a large tree with exposed roots, eyes closed in a serene expression. He wears an orange-saffron shawl draped over his bare shoulder and a rudraksha-style bead mala of orange and white beads across his chest, with matching beaded armbands. Greenery and blurred foliage fill the background, with a stone block visible at left. a person candidate by appearance: long swept-back hair, saffron shawl and beaded rudraksha malas.2011-10-20A photograph of a man with long dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead leaning his head and folded hands against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots. He wears an orange saffron wrap draped over one shoulder, leaving the other shoulder bare, with rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and a beaded armlet. Several thin aerial roots and a grey stone slab sit beside him in a shaded outdoor setting. The figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and beaded adornments, consistent with a person presence, though the appearance is only partly clear from this angle.2011-10-16A photograph of a man in profile leaning his head and forehead against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots. He has long, dark, swept-back hair, wears an orange-saffron shawl draped over his shoulders and bare upper body, multiple rudraksha malas and a gold ceremonial necklace, and a gold armlet on his upper arm. His eyes are closed and he appears to be in a moment of quiet devotion or meditation, with his right hand resting on the bark. Green foliage and soft blurred background surround him. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron shawl, rudraksha malas and gold adornments are the qualifying cues for this figure.2011-11-05November 02 20112011-11-02A man with long, swept-back black hair and a vertical tilak mark on his forehead stands with his eyes closed and face resting against the trunk of a large tree with aerial roots. He wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his left shoulder, leaving his right arm and chest bare, with a gold ornament at the neck, multiple strands of rudraksha beads across his chest, and a rudraksha bead band on his upper arm. A red tilak is visible on his forehead. Aerial roots hang down from the tree, and yellow flowers are visible at the left edge. The setting is outdoors in a wooded area. The appearance of a bare-chested figure with rudraksha malas and gold adornment suggests a person candidate in a solitary reflective moment, but the features are not clear enough to confirm identity.2013-01-02A man with long, swept-back black hair and a white horizontal tilak on his forehead leans against the trunk of a large tree with grey, buttressed roots. He wears an orange-saffron dhoti and a shawl draped over one shoulder, leaving his chest and arm partly bare. He has layered rudraksha malas, a silver-toned pendant, a gold necklace, a beaded silver-clasped armlet and a gold stud earring. He has his eyes lowered and a faint smile. The background is blurred greenery and trees.2013-01-28November 06 20112011-11-06A photograph of a man standing outdoors beside a large banyan tree, pressing his forehead against one of its thick, grey aerial roots with his eyes closed. He has long dark hair gathered into a low knot at the back and wears a rudraksha mala around his neck. A saffron-orange and red shawl drapes over his bare shoulder and torso, and his hands are folded at the base of the trunk. Blurred green foliage and soft light fill the background. The figure has distinctive long swept hair, a rudraksha mala and saffron-orange clothing, so the appearance-based label is a person, presented here in a meditative pose at the tree.2011-02-02February 10 20122012-02-10
