Night street procession with a dense crowd of devotees lining and following a road. Several uniformed police officers ride brown horses in the foreground; the rider on the right wears a dark cap and khaki uniform and gestures with one hand, and another rider in a light uniform and cap is beside him. Devotees in white, pink, purple and blue saris and kurtas walk along the sides, and a man in a white shirt with an orange turban is visible among them. A white van and a vehicle with a roof light move behind the crowd. A large multicolour parasol-like umbrella occupies the bottom edge, and a banner with a portrait of a saint-like figure in orange hangs at top right.
