Holi celebration in an outdoor compound with palm trees and a low block wall behind a crowd. Many people wearing white and pastel kurtas and saris stand watching, while participants in splattered red, magenta and purple clothing are drenched in coloured water. A young man in a blue shirt is at the center, water spraying around him from hoses held by people in the foreground. Several participants are smeared with coloured powder. A tall wooden pole and a thin rope run through the scene, and a yellow vehicle is visible at the right edge. Scattered flags on poles line the back wall.
