December 16 20062006-12-16December 16 20062006-12-16December 16 20062006-12-16A night photograph of a dense crowd of men in white shirts and white dhotis standing beneath a large leafy tree, lit by a street lamp at upper right. Several faces are lit by the flash in the foreground, including a woman with a dark plait and a gold chain in the lower right. Most people are in white clothing, with one man in a dark checked shirt at right. The page describes this as a convention gathering in Avadi, Chennai, but no individual in the frame can be confidently identified, and the background is dark, so the scene reads as an outdoor evening assembly.2006-12-16Night photo of a large outdoor crowd standing and attending an evening event, with a lamp post and light stands behind them. White plastic chairs fill the foreground, and a metal barrier runs along the right. The scene suggests a meditation or satsang session in progress.2008-05-09April 27 20082008-04-27April 27 20082008-04-27Night photo of a procession at an outdoor event lined with orange flags and police. Centre, a figure in an orange-red robe and a bright orange turban, with a long rudraksha mala, walks beside a golden ceremonial staff topped with an ornate finial. Beside them, a bearded man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala stands at left, and a man in a white shirt and dark trousers walks at centre right. Several uniformed police officers and onlookers in white and yellow fill the background. The appearance of the turbaned figure in orange with rudraksha beads fits the page's a person cues, so this is an appearance-based probable candidate, though the face is not used for identification.2008-04-27Night-time photograph of a crowd of men and boys outdoors.
