Outdoor photo of a mass Shivasthamba Yoga (mallakhamba) session on a paved courtyard at an ashram. In the foreground a shirtless blond man in orange shorts grips a tall vertical wooden pole with both hands, one leg raised. Beside him a bespectacled young man with a rudraksha-style cord around his neck stands bare-chested in orange shorts, hands on hips, smiling at the camera. Blue padded mats lie scattered across the courtyard, with other participants in orange and black clothing performing poses on poles and mats. A white-clad figure with a sash stands near the centre, and a blue canopy, trees and red-roofed buildings frame the background.
