Outdoor photo on bare red earth at a ceremony ground, with a crowd of roughly thirty people standing in loose lines. Most wear white clothing, with a few in orange or saffron robes near the center. A tall rust-coloured metal frame stands in the field with a small round object hanging from a cord at its top, and a rope line runs across the ground. A yellow banner reading WELCOME CENTRE is visible in the background, along with trees and a building. Two large blue plastic drums sit at the right edge beside a hose. Light is hazy and the sky is pale.
