In the foreground, three women and a girl stand with their backs to the camera, looking toward a long line of devotees dressed in white clothing standing along the top of the excavated bank. The woman on the left wears a lime-green sari and carries a bag; the central woman wears a cream sari with a long plait; the girl wears a white top and has a long braid. A concrete structure sits in the pit below, with a wooden plank ramp and water in the lower corner. Behind the crowd are a boundary wall, trees, a water tank and a cloudy sky.
