Outdoor construction site beside a thatched-roof open shelter with a wooden frame and cement-block walls under construction. A woman with long dark hair in a saffron-orange sari-style wrap stands at center, hands at her sides, walking on bare dirt. Behind her, several men in orange garments and white dhotis walk along the site, including a man in a white shirt and white dhoti. Some carry tall thin poles with small orange flags. A large portrait photograph on a teal background is mounted on a pillar, showing an elderly person in a white head covering and white garments. Trees and a rocky outcrop are in the background.
