A barren high-altitude plain under a cloudy sky with a dirt track on the left and utility poles along the ridge. Four black yaks stand on sparse grass and gravel in the centre, and a second group of yaks with a rider stands at the right. Two people are visible: one in a blue jacket and red cap on the left, and one in a dark jacket holding a rope at the right, leading a yak. No a person appearance is visible, and no figure fits the candidate cues.

Each yak carries a saddle blanket with a patterned cream, red and dark textile, topped by a wooden pack frame lashed with rope. Scattered rocks and sparse green grass fill the background, and a short leash line runs from the nearer yak toward the left edge. No people are visible.August 03 20112011-08-03A photograph of a rocky, gravelly campsite beneath a high, layered reddish-brown cliff face, with a snow-capped peak rising above the cliffs under a clear blue sky. A large white tarp canopy stands at left, with a row of parked white vans and a white car further back. At right, a green tent is set up with bags and red items piled beside it, and a dark animal rests on the ground. A few people in colourful clothing stand near the tent and a man in a dark jacket stands at far right. Scattered litter and stones cover the foreground. The scene appears to be a mountain camp on a Kailash yatra.2011-08-06
