At its centre stands a large black stone lingam on a square base with red and white striped sides, with water jets spraying up around it. The shallow pooled floor reflects the sky. Behind the arena stands an unfinished multi-storey concrete building with rods on top, low hills and a few trees under a pale sky. A few small distant figures appear near the steps at the right and far left edge.
