A large hall with cream walls and red curtains shows many young boys and men in saffron-orange robes seated on the floor in rows, many with white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads and rudraksha malas around their necks. Each seated person has a small silver plate or tray in front holding brass lamps, small cups, flowers and offerings. Some adults in white clothing sit in the background near a red mat, and a few women in white saris are visible at the right. Rows of white posts with red rope lines separate the seating areas.
