Outdoor photograph of a man in profile holding a silver aarti lamp with a bright flame, performing a ritual before a decorated altar. He wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over the body, a long white flower garland with green leaves across his shoulder, gold bangles on his wrists, and a white forehead mark. Behind him a red and yellow fringed canopy stands near a pole, with pink and white flower garlands and a blue-cloth altar draped with white blossoms. Green foliage and pink flowering bushes fill the background. The figure matches appearance cues of the Swamiji candidate (long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, garlands, gold ornaments), so this is a probable Swamiji performing aarti.
