A wide landscape photograph of a high-altitude plain beside a lake. Heavy layered cumulus clouds fill the upper sky, with darker storm clouds over distant brown and grey mountain ranges. A line of colourful prayer flags strung on a tall wooden pole stretches across the dry grassy ground in the foreground. Low scrub and sparse grass cover the arid terrain, and a small settlement with buildings sits near the water's edge. No people are visible.
