Indoor ritual photograph in a home or small hall with pastel geometric wall tiles and a framed devotional poster. A person in an orange-and-maroon robe with long flowing hair, rudraksha beads and a garland of white and pink flowers stands at right holding a silver trident. Seated before them, a woman in a cream sari with a bindi and wire-rimmed glasses holds a lit oil lamp, an aarti. A young sannyasi in an orange cloth sits beside her, and a standing attendant in white dhoti and garland watches. Fruit and offerings lie on a red-and-white cloth table, and a fan stands behind. Onlookers and a cameraman in an orange robe are visible in the background.

He sits on a raised orange-draped seat, appearing to be the honoured figure of a ritual. Beside him, a young man in saffron robes and a white-clad attendant stand near an offering table of fruit and a lit lamp. A woman in a cream and yellow sari with glasses sits on the floor with folded hands, and a man in the foreground presses his palms together. Behind them, a man in a rust-coloured dhoti and shawl gestures with raised hands, and devotees stand in a tiled room. On the right wall hangs a framed deity poster with red and yellow tones. This appears to be a puja or darshan in a home setting. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair, saffron robes, rudraksha malas and a trident, and is the central figure of the ritual.2014-07-04 +1 copiesJuly 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesJuly 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesJuly 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesJuly 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesA seated figure in orange and rust-brown robes, wearing a long red, white and green flower garland with rudraksha beads, holds a tall silver ritual staff topped with a ornate finial over a small flame in a domestic room. Devotees surround him: a woman in a magenta sari and gold bangles, an elderly woman in red reaching toward the flame, a man in white with a forehead mark, and several boys in striped and plain shirts with sacred ash marks, all with hands joined or cupped toward the fire. Rose petals and white flowers lie on the floor. Several saffron-clad attendants stand behind. The scene appears to be a house-visit blessing with a lamp and flowers.
