September 29 20062006-09-29September 29 20062006-09-29September 29 20062006-09-29A photograph of a man seated on a covered porch, wearing an orange-saffron shawl over a red-and-orange garment and a heavy gold bead necklace, with white tilak and a red bindi on his forehead. His long dark hair falls past his shoulders and his hands rest together at his waist. Beside him, a person in white clothes and an orange cloth holds up a bundle of dry straw tied with a red-and-gold bordered cloth and a white braided cord, a dhwaja-style flag prepared for the ceremony. Behind them a ceiling fan, white pillars and a lit shrine with deity murtis are visible.2006-09-29July 10 20132013-07-10A photograph of a seated figure with long, swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and an orange-red shawl over an ochre garment, smiling as a man in a white shirt kneels before him and drapes a red cloth over his shoulders. A third man stands at right in white dhoti with a yellow border, rudraksha mala, and a red shawl folded over his arm, with a deep red velvet curtain behind. The seated figure's long hair, saffron-toned shawl and ochre clothing match the distinctive presentation cues, so this is a probable Swamiji (probable) seated in a ceremonial setting being honoured with a shawl.2013-05-19A photograph of a ritual preparation outdoors. A man with long dark wavy hair, a sacred ash mark on his forehead, a saffron wrap over his bare chest, multiple gold necklaces and gold bangles, binds a bundle of green leaves and dried grass to a rope with a red and gold cloth. A second man in white kurta with a saffron shawl and eyeglasses, a red tilak on his forehead, watches closely beside him. White wall and ropes hang in the background. The first man has distinctive long hair, gold ornaments and saffron clothing, a probable match for a person on this page, though the appearance is partly obscured and not fully certain.2006-09-29A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits on a red zebra-striped throne with gold trim, smiling and extending both arms to pass a white cord or garland to a kneeling devotee. The devotee wears white clothes, rudraksha mala beads, a red shawl and glasses, with a vertical tilak on the forehead, and bends forward to receive it. Behind them, other people in saffron and white stand in a hall with white walls, ceiling fans and an orange canopy. Two women on the right wear white dresses with red shawls and name badges. The orange-robed figure on the throne fits the page's cues of a turban, saffron clothing and a ceremonial seat, so this is an appearance-based probable Swamiji.2015-07-20 +1 copiesA photograph inside a tiled temple room showing a smiling man with long dark hair and a white tripundra on his forehead, wearing an orange-saffron shawl and a rudraksha mala with ornate gold pendants. He stands while a shaved-headed man in an orange dhoti, with a yellow lanyard and visitor badge, bows with palms pressed together and holds a light pink cloth. A woman in a magenta blouse and white sari sits smiling with hands folded at right. At left, a hanging garland of white jasmine and red and pink flowers and an oil lamp hang beside a red curtain, with a seated devotee in orange at lower left and a brass plate on a chair in the foreground.2009-07-13May 19 20132013-05-19April 30 20172017-04-30 +1 copiesJuly 11 20062006-07-11
