Photo of a ceremonial initiation on a stage. A bearded man with long hair, a crown-like tilak, rudraksha and gold garlands and a deep maroon robe sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, one hand raised over the head of a bare-chested young devotee in white dhoti with gold borders who kneels with a white cloth tied on his head and touches the feet of the seated figure. A second man in a white dhoti with gold borders and a white shawl stands beside the kneeling devotee, holding his arm. A gold trident stands behind the throne, an orange cloth hangs at the right edge, and a large screen shows images behind the stage.
