A photograph of an outdoor annadhan food distribution under a red and white canopy. In the foreground a young woman in a white dhoti-style garment with a white shawl and a red bindi stands looking down. Beside a large steel cooking pot, a smiling woman in an orange-and-cream sari and red blouse serves food onto a plate. On the right, a figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange head wrap, with long hair and a rudraksha mala, uses tongs to lift food from the pot; the figure's appearance matches the page's a person reference only partially, so identity is uncertain. Men in white shirts and checked shirts stand in the background near a multi-storey building and a red draped tent, and a dish of food is visible at the lower left.

A figure in a saffron-orange wrap and orange turban, with long swept-back hair and rudraksha beads, stands at the right serving rice from a large steel pot with a ladle, wearing clear plastic gloves. A woman in a cream and pink striped sari holds out a plate to receive the food. Men in white shirts and white dhotis stand behind, and a red draped canopy and a concrete building are visible in the background. The orange-clad server is a probable Swamiji candidate based on the distinctive saffron clothing, long hair, rudraksha malas and turban.
