A home altar draped in yellow cloth with a framed colour photograph of a smiling man in orange robes and a gold-beaded necklace, raising one hand, in front of a banyan root backdrop. Beside it stands a silver-framed black-and-white portrait of a bearded sage garlanded with red beads and a yellow flower. A folded maroon-red cloth sits in the centre, with a small brass oil lamp lit in front, surrounded by white plumeria flowers. Crystal vases, a carved purple stone figure, a small deity figure on the left and a glass candle holder complete the arrangement.2022-07-07Photo 99222702022-07-05 +1 copiesPhotograph of a shrine table covered in a yellow cloth, arranged for puja. Centre-left, a large framed photograph shows a smiling man with long dark hair, a red bindi and saffron-orange robes with a pale beaded necklace, one hand raised in blessing, set against a banyan root background; this portrait is a printed depiction, and its appearance matches the Swamiji (probable) cues of long hair, saffron clothing and beaded necklace. Beside it, a smaller black-and-white portrait in a silver frame wears a red and gold garland. In front, a folded rust-coloured shawl rests on the table, a pinned brooch on it, with white plumeria flowers, a small brass lamp holding a lit candle, a glass candle holder, a purple carved animal figure and white artificial flowers. No physical people are present.2022-07-24 +1 copiesA shrine table draped in yellow cloth holds framed photographs and offerings. Centre-back, a large gold-framed colour portrait shows a smiling man with swept-back dark hair, a red tilak, a gold necklace and an orange robe, one hand raised in blessing before banyan roots; this is a depiction in a photo frame, and the frame displays no printed caption in view. In front, a smaller silver-framed black-and-white photo is garlanded with red flowers and a yellow frangipani, and a deity murti and red-and-gold folded cloth sit beside it. A lit oil lamp, glass vases with white and orange flowers, a carved purple stone figure and a cloth bundle with a brooch complete the arrangement.
